The LuengiHouse Apartment, located in one of the best areas of Lloret de Mar, is surrounded by trees and with wonderful sea and mountain views and has been completely refurbished to offer you maximum comfort and elegance.
With capacity for 4 people, the flat has everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. Its location is ideal, less than 100 mts from a supermarket, 10 minutes from the beach Ca Caleta and the promenade. In addition, you will be able to enjoy a communal swimming pool and a barbecue area to share with friends and family.
Enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean breeze from the flat's outdoor balcony, which offers breathtaking views. And don't worry about utilities, everything is covered! The flat has a lift, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to make you feel at home.
The apartament completely refurbished in March 2023, it has all kind of utensils, kitchenware, full kitchen, as well as bed linen, towels, wifi, all included in the price, we do not charge extras!!!. It has a large room with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people.
The Costa Brava is known for its beaches and in Lloret de Mar you can enjoy some of the best. Playa de Lloret is the town's largest and most popular beach, with golden sand and crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Cala Canyelles, at the southern end of Lloret de Mar, is a quieter beach surrounded by mountains and perfect for snorkelling and other water activities.
In addition to the beaches, there are many charming villages close to our holiday rental, Tossa de Mar, Pals, Peratallada, Besalú, among others, which showcase their cobbled streets, walls, towers and castles. You can also visit the picturesque town of Blanes, where you can enjoy its beautiful botanical garden and its picturesque port.
If you are a lover of water activities, Lloret de Mar is the perfect place for you. You can go water skiing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, kayaking and many other exciting activities in the sea. You can also enjoy a boat trip to explore the Costa Brava coast from a different perspective.
The Costa Brava is also known for its delicious gastronomy. You can enjoy typical dishes such as paella, black rice, fresh seafood and fideuà (a dish similar to paella but made with noodles instead of rice).
You can also enjoy a wide variety of local wines and visit wineries to sample some of the region's best wines.
If you are a hiking enthusiast, the Costa Brava offers many stunning routes that allow you to explore the natural beauty of the region. The Camà de Ronda is a hiking route that runs along the coast and offers stunning sea and mountain views. You can also explore the Montseny Natural Park and the MontgrÃ, Medes and Baix Ter Natural Park.
